Total Body Conditioning

Get energized in this high-energy class that meets two times per week. Break a sweat and get an endorphin-high with 45 minutes of non-stop cardio followed by 15 minutes of core-blasting work. Class begins with an aerobic warm-up and continues with cardio/strength combination exercises that include jumping jacks, squats, lunges and more. Use your own body weight as well as weights throughout class. Low-impact options are included. Bring a mat, towel, water bottle and great attitude. Put YOU on the calendar!

Stephanie Meadows

Stephanie is a nationally certified American Council on Exercise Group Fitness Professional. She did her group fitness training at Life Time Fitness in 2013. Teaching a variety of class formats is her passion. Over the past five years she’s enjoyed teaching Cardio, HIIT, Strength, Core, Stretch and ZUMBA classes at Orono Community Education, Southshore Community Education, and Lafayette Country Club’s Fitness Center to name a few. Steph loves to get people moving and energized!
