Core Blast 45

Prepare to sweat in this 45-minute interval class that uses your own body weight and free weights throughout to strengthen your core muscles. Challenge yourself in this class to improve overall body functional strength, balance and coordination. Some flexibility and cardio moves included in this medium intensity class. Bring a mat, towel, water bottle and great attitude.

Stephanie Meadows

Stephanie is a nationally certified American Council on Exercise Group Fitness Professional. She did her group fitness training at Life Time Fitness in 2013. Teaching a variety of class formats is her passion. Over the past five years she’s enjoyed teaching Cardio, HIIT, Strength, Core, Stretch and ZUMBA classes at Orono Community Education, Southshore Community Education, and Lafayette Country Club’s Fitness Center to name a few. Steph loves to get people moving and energized!
