Strong & Fit for 55+

Maintain, or even build up, your muscle mass, which often decreases as we age. We will use light weights, bands and our own body weight to strengthen all muscle groups. Each class ends with 10 minutes of gentle stretching. Modifications will be given for those with injuries, disabilities or limited mobility. This class meets two days per week so you can more regularly engage your body’s muscles and gain strength! This class is geared toward adults ages 55+, but anyone is welcome to join!

Bonnie has taught group exercise for over 15 years. In the past 5 years, she has specialized in fitness for seniors, the elderly, and those with limited mobility. She believes almost anyone can improve their quality of life by adding some exercise to their day whether it’s mild stretching, a fast walk or working out with equipment.
