Spartan Power: Strength & Conditioning

This program is open to male and female athletes from all sports.

Join Spartan Power to further develop your athleticism. This will NOT be just weight lifting - we will develop speed, explosiveness, agility and flexibility. We will treat each workout like a sport practice with time devoted to warm-ups, skill development and cool downs. Participants will receive a t-shirt. Choose the number of times per week that works best for you. Payments will be made on a punch card system. If you run out of punches, you may purchase additional punches by contacting Orono Community Education at 952-449-8350.

  • Prepared many NFL Combine athletes for Draft Day
  • Member of Minnesota Maulers National Championship team 2002-2003
  • Nominated to play in Semi-Pro All-Star game in 2003
  • Personal Trainer since 1999 working with all fitness levels
  • Received collegiate offers in track, football, and soccer
  • Participated in and received varsity letters in football, basketball, soccer, baseball and track
  • Inductee of Mississippi Gulf Coast Hall of Fame 1995
  • Varsity high quarterback touchdown conference leader 1994-1995
  • Designed and Implemented Minnesota Select Volleyball Strength Training program
  • Designed Yearly Strength Programs for Athletes Ages 6 & Up
  • Attends seminars and workshops on the latest developments in the exercise field
  • Experience in strength, weight loss, and flexibility programs for all age levels
  • Experience in teaching running mechanics to all athletes of any sport
  • Sound nutrition practice and helping create lifestyle changes for performance and body composition results
  • Volunteers for many community events to help kids become more knowledgeable about fitness and sport performance
