Core Blast 60

Prepare to sweat in this one hour class that combines timed cardio bursts with exercises that will strengthen your core muscles, as well as your glutes, quads, hamstrings, low back and more. Most of the exercises will use your own body weight, but equipment may also include: dumbbells, resistance bands, ab roller, BOSU, stability ball, medicine ball and jump ropes. The last 15 minutes of class will be spent on the mat doing concentrated core work and stretching. Challenge yourself to improve your overall strength, balance and coordination. It is your hour, your well-being. Bring a towel, water bottle, mat and great attitude. Low impact options included. All fitness levels are welcome.

Stephanie is a nationally certified American Council on Exercise Group Fitness Professional. She did her group fitness training at Life Time Fitness in 2013. Teaching a variety of class formats is her passion. Over the past five years she’s enjoyed teaching Cardio, HIIT, Strength, Core, Stretch and ZUMBA classes at Orono Community Education, Southshore Community Education, and Lafayette Country Club’s Fitness Center to name a few. Steph loves to get people moving and energized!
