Achieve your goals with this interval training cardio and strength class! Exercises will be timed so you can go at your own pace. Cardio and strength combinations may include a minute of jumping jacks followed by a minute of squats and a 30-second recovery. Low impact options included. Equipment may include: dumbbells, resistance bands, ab roller, BOSU, stability ball, medicine ball and jump ropes. Mat work at the end of class will focus on core exercises and stretching. HIIT 60 will burn calories, rev your metabolism and give you the results you crave. Bring a mat, towel, water bottle and great attitude. Put YOU on the calendar.
Stephanie is a nationally certified American Council on Exercise Group Fitness Professional. She did her group fitness training at Life Time Fitness in 2013. Teaching a variety of class formats is her passion. Over the past five years she’s enjoyed teaching Cardio, HIIT, Strength, Core, Stretch and ZUMBA classes at Orono Community Education, Southshore Community Education, and Lafayette Country Club’s Fitness Center to name a few.
