Cardio Yoga


During this one-hour cardio yoga class, we will add aerobic and strength building exercises to our poses all while lengthening and strengthening our muscles. Each class will finish with a relaxing savasana. Leave feeling good about the time you gave to your health. Previous yoga experience preferred. Bring a mat and water.

Wendy VanCamp

Wendy has been teaching a combination of Barre and yoga classes for the past 3 years. Her love for fitness stems from a background in dance, which she minored in with her undergraduate degree and continued to teach and perform thereafter.
