Yoga Flow


Explore yoga poses with a flow. It will strengthen and lengthen while also challenging us. It’s a great way to start, or end, the day! We’ll practice Vinyasa yoga with individual modifications if needed. This is yoga with a sweat factor! This class is for the more experienced yogi. Bring a mat to class.

Kim Fischer


Kim has been teaching group fitness since the 80’s. She is certified in Ashtanga yoga and Mat Pilates and has been teaching those for over 10 years. Although Ashtanga means “the energy of a young boy” and can be an advanced flow, her specialty is teaching correct mechanical technique to those new to exercise, both in yoga and pilates. Sharing the joy of exercise, nutrition and whole body wellness is her passion. “One of my primary life commitments is that I make a difference for others & have an impact.”
