Spartan Power: Strength & Conditioning

Join Spartan Power to further develop your athleticism. This will NOT be just weight lifting. We will develop speed, explosiveness, agility and flexibility. We will treat each workout like a sport practice with time devoted to warm-ups, skill development and cool downs. Payments are made on a punch card system. If you run out of punches, you may purchase additional punches online or by contacting Orono Community Education at 952-449-8350. This program is open to male and female athletes from all sports.
