Tennis: Green Ball Play

Green ball tennis is for players who are continuing to acquire skills and are ready to play on a full-length court. Players will be refining technique and fundamentals that allow them to rally. Games will involve situational point play to develop strategies for both singles and doubles. Players will be able to score, serve and compete. Tennis racket required. Options for 2, 3 or 4 days per week.
RAIN DAYS: All classes cancelled due to rain days will be offered a make up day at a later date as agreed upon by tennis staff.

Bryan Turunen
Coach Bryan Turunen brings over 20 years of tennis experience as a USPTA Certified tennis director, coach, and instructor. Since graduating from the University of MN, he has served the local tennis community in roles such as: Director of Tennis at a Golden Valley Country Club, Head Varsity Tennis Coach at Providence Academy, Volunteer Assistant Tennis Coach at Macalester College, and Tennis Professional with Life Time Fitness. He enjoys teaching students of all ages and abilities to help achieve their tennis potential. When not on the court teaching, he’s probably on the court playing with his two sons (8 & 7) and daughter (4).
