Slow down, de-stress and unwind at the end of a busy day. This class will focus on mindful breathing, gentle stretching, flexibility and relaxation. In our day-to-day lives, we don’t get enough of this! Schedule a time for yourself to practice and learn techniques that support a calm and healthy lifestyle.

Mary H Zillmann
Mary Zillmann is a retired elementary and physical education teacher. Currently she is a member of the Buffalo Art Guild and has taught in many different venues over the past ten years. She is a certified spiritual director and has released a guided meditation CD - Live Deep In Your Current. The blending of her varied education has led her to the weaving of yoga, meditation and centering. During this time when we have gone through considerable stress and transition, purposeful breathing and relaxation are welcome ingredients for stress relief.
