This 45 minute class combines strength and cardio exercises done in timed intervals so you can go at your own pace. You will perform easy-to-follow exercises for 45 seconds and enjoy a short 15 second recovery period between each exercise. Exercise combinations may include 45 seconds of jumping jacks, followed by a 15 second recovery period and 45 seconds of bicep curls, and so on. Modifications and low impact options will be provided. Put YOU on the calendar and burn calories, rev up your metabolism and tone your muscles. You will leave class feeling energized and accomplished. Bring a mat, towel, water bottle and great attitude.
