Whether you’re celebrating Mother’s Day, preparing for your next baby or bridal shower, or simply looking for a fun night out, come create a beautifully crafted, spring themed charcuterie board. In this class, Laura, from Fig and Ivy Charcuterie will provide step-by-step guidance in the arrangement of fine cheeses, fruits, meats and additional accompaniments. Have fun with family and friends during class at a local venue, the Iron Exchange in Maple Plain. Due to table space, food is available for purchase before or after class. However, beverages are available at any time.  A link to pay the ingredients fee of $45 will be sent out one week prior to the class. Bring home a new experience, a helpful grocery list for future boards PLUS an artfully arranged 10" round charcuterie board (serves 5-6 people) to enjoy right away!
