    Fourth Trimester (Birth-12 Weeks)

Twelve weeks, often referred to as the fourth trimester, is a crucial period where both mother and baby are still deeply connected, relying on each other to navigate these early postpartum days. This time can be challenging and beautiful, filled with growth, healing, and significant changes for both of you. Our “Fourth Trimester” (Birth-12 weeks) class delves into the realities of the fourth trimester, providing new parents with the resources they need to feel confident during those sleep-deprived months. Classes are led by a licensed Parent Educator and will feature guest speakers such as a lactation consultant, pediatrician, nurse, WIC, and postpartum specialist. Classes will discuss topics such as attachment, sleep, development, adjusting to parenthood, and self-care as you navigate this transition. Join us to build a supportive community of families who are on the same journey. Together, we will share experiences, learn, and grow, ensuring you and your baby thrive during this pivotal time. Class content will rotate in 6 week sessions. Just pay the fee once and come when you are able during your baby’s first 12 weeks, even if you are starting mid-session or overlapping sessions! Sibling care is available but registration is required to ensure adequate staffing.
