    Bonus Pilates

    Join us for a full-body Pilates strength training with a focus on your core. Receive the extra “bonus” using props such as weights, bands, and exercise balls, to strengthen all large muscle groups including your glutes, legs, arms, and shoulders.

    Chair Yoga

    Experience the benefits of yoga in a safe and supportive way. Sitting in and using a chair for support, we’ll explore gentle stretches, mobility, and balance to help you feel better in your body. Wear loose-fitting clothes for ease of movement. Ideal for beginners, seniors, or those with limited mobility.
  • Fitness Punch Card

    Purchase a Fitness Punch Card and drop into any adult fitness class on your time and your schedule. This is the perfect option if you cannot commit to a full class or want to try multiple different types of classes. Punch cards are valid for 6 months. Purchase another card if you run out of punches! Punch cards are kept in the Activities Center Fitness Room (30 & 31). The punch card is NOT VALID for pickleball classes, aquatics programs, virtual classes, private lessons or open gyms. Senior and Activities Center Membership discounts can not be applied toward a Punch Card purchase. Please contact our office at 952-449-8350 to confirm that a class has enough enrollments to run before dropping in for the first time.
  • Goat Yoga

    Be ready to laugh, relax, connect with the community and enjoy some friendly goats during this fun and unique yoga class! Class includes a 45 minute instructor-led gentle flow yoga session starting at 10 am. You will be joined by several goats, including adorable baby goats! After the yoga session, there will be photo opportunities and a chance to bottle feed the baby goats. Receive a free treat from a local cottage baker and a chance to shop the Rockin Porch Farms Collection of goat's milk soaps and lotions. Rockin Porch Farms Goat Yoga is located on a tennis court surrounded by beautiful trees, ponds and farm animals. Bring a friend or family member and try this one-of-a-kind yoga! Here are a few important reminders ahead of the event: Please arrive 10 min early Participants ages 10 - 17 may register and attend ONLY with an enrolled adult Dress for the weather and in clothes you don't mind getting dirty Bring your own yoga mat or towel Wearing your hair in a ponytail is highly recommended We will have cleaning wipes and hand sanitizer available afterwards Directions to Rockin Porch Farms: 1722 Tamarack Drive, Long Lake Located on Cherokee Road not Tamarack Drive. You may park along the right hand side of Cherokee Road or in the driveway. Do not park in the yard as the grass is tender and muddy right now.     SCULPT

    Join us at SCULPT, a high-intensity, full-body form of yoga! This class can be done with light weights or strictly your body weight. This class is done to upbeat music and incorporates the structure of a normal yoga class with additional toning moves, such as: squats, biceps, abs, and a touch of cardio. All fitness levels are welcome!

    This dynamic fitness class designed to strengthen and energize every muscle group! This high-energy session combines cardio, strength training, core, and flexibility exercises. You'll be guided through a series of engaging routines that will challenge and keep you motivated! This class can accommodate all fitness levels.

    Using your mind and body connection, Tai Chi practice creates internal strength through gentle, relaxing movements. You’ll increase balance, strengthen bones, and improve flexibility and coordination. Tai Chi is a lifelong exercise with many positive benefits for participants living with or without arthritis.
