Bonus Pilates

Adult Enrichment / Fitness & Recreation -
Fall 2024

This is full body Pilates strength training with a focus on your core. Receive the extra “bonus” using prop work with weights, bands, and exercise balls to strengthen all large muscle groups including your glutes, legs, arms, and shoulders.
