Unscramble the art of the classic deviled egg and learn how to add a few twists to spice up this season’s favorite appetizer! Chef Noah, from Iron Exchange, will walk you through step-by-step instructions on creating six different types of deviled eggs. Explore new fillings and toppings that will wow your family and friends! You will be able to taste test each kind and even bring home a few samples. Make it a fun night out, and join us for this egg-cellent cooking class! Food and beverages will be available for purchase during class.

Noah Balow

Born and raised in Minnesota. Currently living in Maple Plain. Started cooking when I was 20 years old in Mankato while attending college. I have a Bachelor's degree in management and an associates degree in culinary arts. I've worked all over the Twin Cities. A couple notable restaurants: French Meadow, Cafe Lurcat, Meritage STP, and the Nicollet Island Inn. Been with Iron Exchange since it opened in 2019. I've been a resident of Maple Plain since 2016. I love cooking simply and with the freshest ingredients. In my free time I like to grow my own produce, tend my chickens, and spend time with my wife Kelly and my daughter Ava.
