Add a flash of color to your pots, planters, flowerbeds or garden! In this class, you will create a fused glass totem and stake. Additional items can be made during class for an extra material fee. Due to the fusing cycle, you will need to return to the studio the following Wednesday evening or make arrangements with the instructors to pick up your piece. A $20 material fee is payable to the instructor at the start of class.
As the adage goes "It takes a village". We are 3 Fusers ( the village ) that have been with Orono Community Education for many years (combined over 20+ years). Most of us have had training from others but would classify us as "enthusiastic hobbyists" as all of us work day jobs. Anita has sold her works in art shows and via small boutiques. We try to set up a collaborative studio, sharing ideas, techniques, and tools to create unique works of art.
