Summer Book Club: Feel Something, Make Something

Adult Enrichment / Special Interest & Hobbies -
Summer 2025

Let it out! Your marks serve as evidence that you were here, alive and in the world. Feel something, make something. We will be working with the book by the same title “Feel Something, Make Something: A guide to collaborating with your emotions” by Caitlin Metz. Throughout the sessions we will learn a playful hodge-podge of tools to excavate feelings and make something out of those feelings such as body and mind maps, zines, altered books, self portraiture and daily documentation. We will learn that whenever you feel something, pause to make something, anything! You will thank yourself later.
