Fall 2025

Take the stress out of Thanksgiving prep with this hands-on cooking class led by a professional chef! You’ll prepare a sliced-style turkey (10–12 lbs), savory sausage and wild rice stuffing, and homemade turkey gravy, all ready to reheat and enjoy on Thanksgiving Day. (All items serve approximately 8 people). All ingredients and supplies are included in the class fee. Leave with fully prepped dishes, packaged in secure, take-home containers. Whether you’re hosting or contributing to a meal, you’ll head into the holiday with confidence! 

Noah Balow

Born and raised in Minnesota. Currently living in Maple Plain. Started cooking when I was 20 years old in Mankato while attending college. I have a Bachelor's degree in management and an associates degree in culinary arts. I've worked all over the Twin Cities. A couple notable restaurants: French Meadow, Cafe Lurcat, Meritage STP, and the Nicollet Island Inn. Been with Iron Exchange since it opened in 2019. I've been a resident of Maple Plain since 2016. I love cooking simply and with the freshest ingredients. In my free time I like to grow my own produce, tend my chickens, and spend time with my wife Kelly and my daughters Ava and Willow.
