AGE 15+
Earn your lifeguard certification from the American Red Cross. Our lifeguard certification courses are designed to ensure that you are properly trained in the event of a water emergency. Red Cross Lifeguard Certification is valid for two years from the date of completion. This course will have online pre-training which will be sent to a personal email (provided at registration) on February 24. Class will meet in person for four days and will include lifeguard skills, CPR, First Aid and AED training.

Class Dates:
Christopher Whipple is a nationally recognized aquatics professional with over 15 years of experience supervising a variety of aquatics operations. He is an American Red Cross Instructor Trainer Educator in Aquatics and was a subject matter expert for the development of the current American Red Cross Lifeguarding program. Additionally, he is a National Registered Emergency Medical Technician, Certified Pool Operator and rescue SCUBA diver. He is a past president of the Association of Aquatic Professionals and was recognized as the Competitor AOAP Aquatics Professional of the Month in June 2021. He is frequently selected as a presenter at national conferences on topics including water safety, facilitating trainings, programming and organizational management.
