1stDownTots focuses on building coordination, balance, and motor skills through fun games and activities. Our caring coaches create a safe and positive environment where young children can explore movement, make new friends, and begin to learn the basics of flag football at their own pace. 1stDownTots is more than just playtime. It’s a foundation for confidence, social skills, and a lifelong love of sports. 

Parent or caregiver participation is required.
