    ACT College Examination Preparatory Course

    Advantage Educational Programs gives students the option of preparing for the ACT exam in two different ways: the in-person ACT Preparatory Course or the online ACT Preparatory Course. Both courses are designed for students who want to maximize their ACT exam score, as well as those who feel uneasy about their test-taking skills or who have taken the exam and aren’t satisfied with their results. The course includes diagnostic testing, instruction in time management, overcoming test anxiety, science reasoning, English strategies and review, essay writing, reading comprehension, math strategies and review. Please bring notebook paper, pencils, calculator and a small 3-ring binder or folder to class. Students enrolled in these classes not only benefit from personal instruction provided by our experienced instructors, but also have free access to our online course. Any students who are registering as repeat students who have previously paid should register for the self-paced virtual class at no charge.

    ACT College Examination Preparatory Course - Live Virtual Class

    This course is an excellent alternative for any student unable to attend an in-person class, but still prefers the interaction with an instructor. The live virtual ACT prep course is the same as the in-person ACT course, but from the comfort of your own home. Our instructors teach live via Zoom and are available to answer questions if needed. You will need an internet connection and a computer/tablet/smart phone. Instruction for all areas tested will be provided with focal points on diagnostic testing, science reasoning, math review and strategies, reading comprehension improvement, English strategies, writing essays, overcoming test anxiety and time management. Please have notebook paper, pencils and a calculator available. Once enrolled, students are sent a link via email for their class.     ACT College Examination Preparatory Course - Self-paced Online Class

    Register for the self-paced online course and have access and complete preparation for the ACT at your own pace. Register for this section through November 30, 2024. Instruction for all areas tested will be provided with focal points on diagnostic testing, science reasoning, math review and strategies, reading comprehension improvement, English strategies, writing essays, overcoming test anxiety and time management. Please have notebook paper, pencils and a calculator available for class. Students may repeat the course as often as they desire for no additional cost. Once enrolled, students are sent an access code for their class via email and can begin preparing right away. VERY IMPORTANT - you must have a Google account with a @gmail.com email address in order to access the Online ACT Prep Course through Google Classroom. Remember, the Gmail account that you use to join the online course is the ONLY email address that you will be allowed to use during the online course. Please Note - If you have a school-issued email address, even if it is a Gmail address, it is blocked for access to Google Classroom.

    The Clubhouse and Add-Ons program is an enrichment program designed to extend your Preschooler's day or provide an opportunity for your young ones to start getting exposed to a school setting! You choose the days that your child will regularly attend. Clubhouse Morning Clubhouse is a multi-aged classroom designed for children 18 months to 5 years. Our days are filled with Creative Curriculum studies and activities to enhance your child's social-emotional and academic development. Under 3: $30/day 3+ $25/day Afternoon Clubhouse is designed for children ages 3-5. Your child will enjoy spending the afternoon exploring the arts and physical fitness! Must be potty trained. $20/day Add-Ons Morning Movers is open to 3-5 year old Preschoolers- who need care Monday - Friday from 8:30 - 9:15 am during the Preschool calendar year. Preschoolers will have structured, supervised play time in the gym and then each child will be escorted to their Preschool classroom door to start the day. Must be potty trained. $10/day Lunch Bunch is a great way to extend your 3-5 year old's day. Lunch Bunch is available M-F and runs from 11:45 am to 12:45 pm. Pack a nut free lunch and your child will be brought to Lunch Bunch right from Preschool or Clubhouse.     Aqua Exercise

    Join us for a low impact, double benefit workout. This class will benefit your joints and overall health by working on cardio and resistance training. Participants should be comfortable in the water. Aquatic Fitness punch cards do not apply toward this class.

    Baby & Me (0-12 months)

    Non-separating: Parents stay with babies the entire class. A typical ECFE Class includes… Parent-Child Activity Time: time for families to explore a classroom filled with developmentally appropriate play and learning activities planned by a licensed early childhood teacher. Parent-Child Circle Time: time for parents to help their children with their first experiences in a large group activity at school. ECFE teachers are famous for the fun and creative ways they encourage language, music and your imagination. Parent Discussion Time: time for parents to meet with a licensed parent educator to share support, experiences and information about child development and parenting techniques. Children’s Activity Time: time for children to learn with the licensed early childhood teachers/staff and practice social skills as they interact with each other.

    Backyard Explorer: Bird Watch - At Home STEM Kit

    Invite budding naturalists to head outside for a walk to spot feathered friends - in the woods, a park, or right in their backyard. Backyard Explorer: Bird Watch leads kids through the basics of birding, from identifying common birds to learning about habitat and listening for bird songs. Includes activity ideas such as building a bird nest, matching games, and simple discovery about food chains/life cycle of birds.     CPR, First Aid & AED

    This blended learning (online learning and in-person skills) session will help participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing, and first aid emergencies. Successful participants will receive a 2-year Red Cross certificate for Adult and Pediatric (infant and child) CPR, First Aid and AED. Register at least 10 days prior to the in-person skills date, as adequate time is needed to complete the online learning portion PRIOR to testing in person for the skills. This will allow you the time to complete lessons at your own pace. You will need to provide the instructor with proof of online completion in order to take part in the skills testing. Additional details regarding online learning session will be sent via email. A personal email address is required to receive class content.
